If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Split Payment (Lay-by) Option

Refunds will not be provided for transactions made using the "Split Payment" feature. However, we are more than happy to facilitate exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our standard exchange procedure.

Should the item you desire for an exchange be temporarily unavailable due to stock limitations, a credit will be issued to your account. This credit can be applied to a future purchase, ensuring you have the opportunity to acquire the item when it becomes available again.
