We currently ship to addresses within South Africa.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. For lost or missing packages, please contact our Customer Service team to initiate a claim.

 

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is shipped.
